Pain Medicine Specialists and a Clinical Management Team provide fast, efficient and cost effective imaging, rehabilitation and medical evidence to the Insurance and Legal industries of England and Wales.  We have an extensive database of imaging services, medical experts, psychologists and physiotherapists who provide a high quality service to our clients and patients. 

GP Medical Report

For clients with simpler injuries, a medico-legal report from our experienced General Practitioners will provide the required prognostic information. We will ensure the report is prepared in a timely manner by one of our network of doctors. We can directly invoice insurance companies that are party to the MRO Agreement.

Specialist Medical Report

For more complex injuries, a medico-legal report may be required from an Orthopaedic Surgeon, Pain Physician, Psychologist, or other specialist. Our highly trained panel of experts can provide these reports for your clients.

Medical Records

We can obtain your client’s medical records from GPs, hospitals and any other therapists. All we need is a consent-form signed by your client, and details of the practices they have attended.

Diagnostic Investigations

We can arrange a variety of investigations including X-rays, MRI scans, ultrasound scans, arthrogram, nerve conduction studies, and so forth depending on the recommendation in the medical report. With a network of more than a hundred imaging centres nationwide, we can provide a rapid appointment in a convenient location for each client.

Physical Therapies

The management of many injuries requires some degree of physiotherapy. We provide a wide range of treatments including acupuncture, hydrotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, or any other treatment recommended. We have an extensive network of more than 400 therapists, and manage the treatment from initial assessment to discharge forms.

Psychological Therapies

Where clients have been involved in, or merely witnessed, accidents they may suffer from psychological trauma that can severely disrupt their lives. Counselling or treatments such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) or eye-movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR) will allow them to return to a normal lifestyle more rapidly.

Specialist Treatment

Clients with chronic pain may require procedures such as nerve blocks, facet joint injections, epidurals, or pain-management. In the more complex cases, surgical procedures may be required. We are able to arrange this in the private sector to avoid your client waiting for NHS treatment.
